How to Join Three Pines Farm 

Help us grow by purchasing a share of our farm's bounty!


Membership Protocols

Please read our guidelines and make sure you can abide by them before submitting your application and payment.  

  • PICK-UP DAY is Saturday 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM​

  • You must text call or e-mail the farm before 3 PM on Friday if you are not able to pick-up your share on Saturday morning. If possible, we will arrange to have your share harvested on another day.

  • Follow entrance signs and park only in designated area. Follow exit signs and yield to traffic entering the farm driveway.  

  • SIGN IN! If a friend or relative is picking up for you, please call or e-mail by 9 AM Saturday morning. They will also need to sign in for you.

  • Check message board for announcements or special instructions.

  • Please DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED. A farm can be a dangerous place for little ones with moving vehicles, farm equipment with sharp edges/blades, rough terrain, irrigation lines, and fencing.

  • We love animals, but would prefer that you leave your animals at home or in your vehicle. 

  • You may walk through the gardens anytime, but please do not let the children run in between the rows or pick any produce.

  • Children may help you on PYO days. Please supervise their activity! Also, it is best not to eat produce until it is washed.

  • Wash your produce before eating or cooking. Even organically-grown food can be contaminated by a passing animal or it may have soils on it. We ask that you do not pick and eat any produce while in the garden.

  • Wear appropriate shoes and clothing on PYO days. We pick rain or shine!

  • We will gladly accept vegetable scraps for our compost if you want to freeze them throughout week and  bring when you pick up your share.

We'd love to have you as a part of our Three Pines Farm community!  Here's how to get started.  

  1. Check Membership Availability.  Complete the form on this page and Farmer Leo will get back to you within a week.  
  2. Complete Membership Application/Agreement.  If Farmer Leo gives you the go-ahead, print and fill out the membership application in its entirety. 
  3. Payment.  Please make your check payable to Three Pines Farm.  There is a $30 returned check fee and non-refundable application fee of $20, which is included in the share cost. If you are splitting a share, only one check will be accepted, but both names should appear on the membership form for mailing and newsletter purposes.
  4. Delivery.  Drop both completed application and check in the mail! If you're local, you can save a stamp and deliver to our TPF mailbox at 193 South Hope Chapel Rd. Jackson, NJ.  Just be sure to let Farmer Leo know that your application is in the box.   


Please note:  Returning shareholders/members have priority until February 1st. After that it is first-come, first-served. New members on waiting list will be contacted as openings occur.


Refund Policy

Members of Three Pines Farm CSA may receive a prorated refund at any time during the harvest season, less the $20 application fee.  If you'r e not happy, we're not happy!
